About Me

I am a FASD Parent Advocate and the host of the FASD Hope Podcast as the result of our family’s unique journey.  I'm a FASD advocate, homeschooler, podcaster, but most importantly...I'm a mom! I began advocating in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) by being a parent mentor, special needs parent leader and using my 18+ years of lived experience as a mom of a son with an FASD.  In 2020, I began my new adventure in the world of podcasting through producing and hosting podcasts about FASD. My husband and I co-founded FASD Hope in 2020, FASD Hope's mission is to provide awareness, information and inspiration for people whose lives have been touched by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
